Liu Sha Bao
These are delicious, salted egg yolk custard bun with a runny centre. The skills of the kitchen is shown in how runny the center they can keep the custard center in the bao. This is very similar to steamed creamy custard buns but salted egg and butter. This gives it a slightly sweet and salty and runny texture.
